•• Responsible for managing, supporting, and servicing the account related needs of an assigned set of strategic customers.
• Identify & developing Business opportunities in assigned territory with the objective of achieving personal & group sales target.
• Understand customer’s requirement & be able to formulate with customers proposed solutions with
assistance of professional services team.
• Conduct sales oriented presentation & discussions with customers & prepares relevant correspondence for closure of sales.
• To develop relationships and business potential with new and existing customers.
• On – going correspondence with existing customers to ensure satisfaction is achieved.
• Assist in the development of marketing initiatives and programs.
• Confer with potential customer regarding equipment needs and advise customer on types of equipment to purchase.
